Established In 1994, the centres provide outpatient services to Institutions, organizations, individuals and families. The centre first started operations at Asili Co-op House in 1996. In 2002, it relocated to Nation Centre and in subsequent years has opened eleven other clinics in the country.

Meridian Equator Hospital located in Nairobi West is the first in patient and outpatient hospital.It is currently operational under the management and supervision of Meridian Management.
